Death of the idle - on decel and A/C

Well, I thought it was the TPS. But it checks in smoothly on the analog MM and I get 1k-4.3k(in spec) with the DMM. Set TPS to 1v. via DMM.

After TPS was set I *tried* to set the idle screw. It gets really funky here. I don't want to turn it too low yet because if I do then whenever I decellerate the engine will cut off. I also noticed that my headlights will cause the idle to fall as well as the A/C causing it to cut off.

I checked my BAC valve and I am getting 12 ohms and it clicks just fine. In fact, it clicks rapidly just fine. Checked voltage from ECU - 10v.

It sounds like a BAC problem to me... but why would it die on decel??? this makes no sense to me. Engine has 110k miles on it. S5 N/A. I don't think its bad.. it didn's smoke and it starts right up very nicely.

I also checked the throttle cable. I made sure that there was a little slack there.

Also note that this car has undergone a auto -> N/A swap. There is no neutral switch in there or clutch switch. Could this be causing my decel problem? I honestly don't think its causing the A/C problem...

oh yea pt. # 2. ACT streetlite flywheel.
