I bought a 89 t2 for a 1000 bucks... all stock white with blue interior car sat since 95. then my friend bought it and and started it up and said it wouldn't hold idle unless he was holding it himself at 2grand. well i bought it from him for a 1000 and it needs a new hatch glass cuz a tree fell on the back....clean interior and great body other than acorn dings on hood and fender. my friend changed out the fuel pump and he said it started right up, but they gas in the tank it since 95 so i figure it would be bad. The car won't turn over unless you hook a push button str8 up to the started,cuz he said when you use the key to start it it won't turn. car only has 87xxx miiles on it. I figure i'm gonna have to rebuild the motor. i was gonna sell it, but i guess i'll kepp it to play with. what you guys think should i sell or keep? if i sell..i'm probably gonna sell it for more.....what can i do to fix some of these problems?

 

well, i would try to help you, but i can barely understand what you said.

add in some periods, paragraphing and some spelling changes(kepp, what you guys, etc) and im sure everyone would help diagnose your problem.

 

If i was you, (in which case this would be you typing. ) I'd keep it.

Your friend is crazy for selling to you for 1K. Keep it, fix it and don't beat it!
