Unhappy Dead Transmission Mounts causing Rotational Vibration? Need Experienced Opinions.

My S4 Turbo II suddenly started to do some odd rotational vibration. Not just a little, I mean it'll go back and forth left to right like it wants to jump out of the engine bay. I just got the engine rebuilt, less than 600 miles on it. Rebuilt transmission with also 600 miles on it. Everything is replaced with exception of the harness, it was a reman.

I had solid mounts in the car, then I removed them because they were uncomfortable. I visually inspected the stock motor mounts, and they look fine, and they still do today. Stock transmission bushings looked old and brittle, but I put them in anyway. That may be the problem... But whats odd is the engine will vibrate when its cold, and once its warm it'll even out and be fine, then suddenly it would start again after driving for a bit. All emissions are removed. BAC, EGR, Rats Nest, and so on.. I couldn't find any vacuum leaks, I sprayed carb cleaner in all possible vacuum leak areas, and nothing happened. I'm a bit stumped. I don't want to find out I have a blown engine or transmission after only 600 miles, I haven't driven it hard. I'm still breaking it in. The car drives absolutely fine other than the shaky idle, shifter, and strange warm up vibration- all of which seems to be related. I need some experienced opinions. Thanks.

Where did you get a "reman" engine harness?

I started hearing a whistle when on boost. Its probably just a vacuum leak somewhere, I hope. I'm going to rip off the UIM and see what happens.
