Dead LSD?

Hey all,

So, i did a U-turn today and tried to dirve like hell, and i didnt move hardly until i let off and shifted into 4th... pretty sure the tires werent spinning, and i might have smelled clutch a little bit. The only thing is, I put a brand new clutch (stock replacement, dunno what brand, came with the car) in less than 10k miles ago when i built the engine. I have maybe 250HP or so right now.... i dont think it should be enough to kill the stock clutch that quick should it? I drive really hard, but not hard on clutches in particular, just fast.

SO, my question is, could i have killed the clutches in the LSD? I also have a clunk in my rear end (haha), when i shift and if i feather the gas petal.

If i did kill the lsd, what should i do? If i get another stock one will i just kill it? or how about a FD torsen, those are weaker right?

I am also planning to change turbos in spring, shootign for ~350 HP.

thanks,
pat

Clunk in rear end everytime you shift? Broken diff mount.

How long have you been driving it like that (with the clunk)?
