Dead Car, Now What

Ok, well I didn't listen to your advice and instead of getting a bigger fuel pump first I got an intake and RB exhaust. Now my engine is dead. Anyway, my grandma is gonna get me a new engine this spring for a graduation present. How hard is it to install a new engine? Should any regular garage be able to do it for me? What does it require? Just unplugging everything then putting the new engine in and putting everything back on in the reverse order? Is there anything I should do to my car while it sits in my garage for the winter? Any comments will be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry to hear that man same thing happend to me last year . Well about the motor ya it was basicly just taking all the old parts off and putting all of the parts back on the new motor. My motor came as a long block so it was easier but with a short block same thing just more to take off and put back on.
