One of my inner water seals came apart at the seam, well partially. its still attached together but its like 1/2 apart

Do you suppose it's still useable since the break is at the intake port or should i just get a new o-ring?

 

I wouldnt chance it man. They are pretty cheap from Mazdatrix.com. Deffinatly cheaper than taking the motor apart later and rebuilding bc that seal went.

 

I just hate having to spend yet another $18

 

**** man, i feel that. But think of it this way, would you rather pay 18 bucks now? or pay 200+ for complete seals later one bc that one failed? Man, take it from me, i know all about the "do **** right first" method of things. I tried to save 50 bucks by making my own "Pineapple type" sleeves and FUCKED my engine to peices. Damn things still isnt running two months later. Depts are killing me and the neighbors are calling the cops for the "unoperatable vehicle" parked in front of my yard (damn neighborhood codes).
