Damn T2 making so much power

My friend got 175 rwhp from his 10th AE (27000 miles) 167 torque. That car is bone stock, wtf happened to drivetrain loss?

is he running exactly the "stock" boost? Every engine is different from the factory, some are higher, some are lower, but that's about right.. 180 from the factory, he might have a really well-balanced and close tolerance engine..

Yeah I have heard about the same engines with the same miles, etc. getting different dyno numbers.

Stock should only be 150-155rwhp (with a 15% drivetrain loss) when brand new. I highly doubt even a really good 14yo stocker is going to make 12% more than factory claims, so I'd question the accuracy of the dyno. Ask the operator when it was calibrated last (should be yearly). Even then, it's very easy to fudge (deliberately or accidently) dyno figures.
