Does any one know of a good shop in the Dallas Fort Worth Area of Texas that i can go to, and talk about 13bt install into a 86 rx7. Basically i want to go and see exactly every part that i am going to need and if i can buy an engine already street ported, with a turbo on it. Thanks.

You could try going to Rotary Preformance in Garland. They could probably tell you everything you need. I talked to Don Marvels brother about it, he estimated about a 4k price to do it right. <rant>But Rotary Preformance probably wouldnt help you do it considering they are only working on 3rd gens now from what i heard. And they are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over priced </rant>

They will do it. They only thing they aren't doing on 2nd and 1st gen cars is regular maintenance(oil changes and stuff). Give them a call or go to thier website. There website is www.rx7.com.
