I am talking to a guy that is going to make me a custom downpipe for $40.00. Anybody know the dims. for it so I can just relay it to him and just go pick it up after work friday? Maybe somebody that has already had one made knows? Help please can't afford any down time on my car! Thanks

You really need to take him a stock precat and have him copy the beginning, end, and bends between so it fits right.


I dont really know how you describe angle bends, length around a curve, etc. anyway. Plus, the flange for the stock turbo is different than anything a exhaust shop will probably have...

 

Never mind, I just saw you have a NA...I am accustomed to people calling turbo pipes downpipes, and NA pipes racepipes. IN any case, you still need to take him the stock precat/silencers so he can accurately make the pipe.

 

ok thanks, sorry about calling it a downpipe, it's all the same to me. Just the start of the exhaust system. Anyways, What kind of rims are those?
