Is this a custom kit?

I have searched through over 400 posts and online. I cannot find this body kit. I think it is custom. Here are 3 kits in the order I like them or want them. If they are some line of custom can you let me know what needs to be done to get the kit?

1. No idea.
2. Guy in this forums, go to RX7Pro.com for more details on that.
3. No idea,
4. Not really "custom" anymore, mass produced as replica mainly. Try out Raceonusa.com, they seem to have the best price anywhere for the FC2000.
