Has anyone used your stock lower intake manifold and fabricated a custom plenum to go on the top? I am looking for something with a sigle throttlebody off of like a mustang or something. So if you have pics show them, if you don't think doing something like this is a good idea, tell me why. The motor is a 87 13b turbo.

I talked to them about that manifold. They said it worked but not necessarily better or worse. Would probably be worth doing on a ported engine provided you fabricate some nice velocity stacks inside the plenum for each runner.

 

Wait. I was thinking for an N/A application. Would probably work for a turbo application. Once again, not sure if it would work better or worse.
