Custom exhaust flange

Does anyone know someone in the SoCal area that would make me some custom fabricated mild steel exhaust flanges using a plasma table or water jet. Everyone I've contacted so far is either not interested in doing small jobs or the price is crazy high. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have two old racing beat turbo mufflers and a racing beat down pipe and I want to build a custom exhaust using these parts. Racing beat sells a stainless steel 3" flange but I want the flange made out of mild steel. I also need mild steel flanges to match up with the mufflers. As far as I know you cannot buy mild steel flanges with the correct bolt pattern and diameter for this. I don't want to use universal flanges.

Why not stainless? You can weld stainless to mild steel, and if the only option is stainless, then it beats having to have a set custom cut.

Or, get busy with a set of hole saws, a drill press, and a band saw. All can be done with hand tools as well, it just takes longer. Hand drill, holes saws and a jigsaw with a good metal blade.
