CA Curious Lighting Question

So I have been considering going HID's on my FC. I know they make the kits for them, but I also want to make my stock s5 fog lights brighter. Can I run HID's on my fog lamps? Do they make kits for them? Anyone know good quality high and low beam kits for the headlights? and a regular kit for the fogs; if they make them. Any insight would help thanks .

Go here for info/recommendations about your headlight options.

As for the fogs...
Simply upping the bulb wattage would be difficult since the fogs use a weird bulb and even if you can find them, the stock wiring would problematical.
Probably the best way to improve the fogs would be to buy all new lamps/housings and use the stock wiring to trigger a new relay and wiring harness, appropriately sized for the increased current.
