CS exhuast pics?

Does anyone have any pictures of it installed? Is there any sound clips of it on a turbo?

Chris

CS = Corksport? If you're talking about the Corksport exhaust then yeah, I have it. I'll get the pictures developed this weekend. The catback system is a 3" piping, 6" canister, and a 4" tip. Sound really really nice but fairly loud. If you get this, you may want to purchase a silencer with it. A great system tho, I love mine.

PM your emails if you want me to send pictures to you.

I've got it. It's LOUD! My tolerance is high (I actually dig that loud rotary sound), but sooner or later the local gendarmes will let me know otherwise. I need to get that silencer. I have an almost full 3" exhaust except for the 2.5" part of the Corksport cat-back, so little noise is dealt with before it goes out the back. Looks? It it beautiful. Excellent quality. It doesn't look too big, especially when compared to the rest of the piping. It's definitely not like an exhaust with 2" piping and a 5" tip (you've seen them on the streets). The best part: it's just over $300 shipped to your door. Hey, for twice the price you could feel better about yourself by paying for a big name brand cat back that isn't much different.

wonder why they decided to exit to the driver side? i hate it when they do that...i would think a straighter path straight to the pass side would be more efficient, and plus looks better

It's pretty straight. Straight enough to not be a flow restriction. If you go to Apple Blosson Festival (see NW section) look me up. I have the black '89 T2 with the messed up driverside door. (damn SUV drivers)

If you crawl under your car and look at the exhaust you will notice that the driver's side exit IS a straighter path.

Duals are really a waste of time an money....single is more flow. Yeah I just got mine and need to install it when my damn Bonez RP ever comes. Outa be sweet with that though I need to get a silencer. Does anyone sell one for the Corksport exaust or does corksport sell one yet? Damn I will just click over and see...thanks guys

Dual is a little less flow but looks 1000x better IMO. What do you do about the extra cutout for the 2nd muffler anyways?

Fiberglass fill would work. Competent body shops should be able to do it for around 100.

i don't know about n/a's..but i just realized it doesn't really matter since it has to split one direction or the other once it goes near the gastank.

and i dont' see how going either of the directions matters cause its the same distance, and before the stock cat-back splits into 2, its the middle so it has to turn left or right...blah.

so i guess it doesn't matter, i just like the look of it comin out the pass side

I would also buy a dual CS setup, if the price were right. If I went with a single, I'd have to get the cutout filled, and you never know how good that would look or how long it would last. Hell, I do like to be different, though.
