Cruise Control Questions about Actuator and Computer
Ok, so I am trying to put together a cruise control system for my car. I think I have found all of the parts, but I just need to make sure on a few things I couldn't find by searching.
First, I know that Turbo and NA actuators are different (electric/vac operated). But are they the same between series?
Second, are the Turbo and NA actuators fully compatable? I know they are operationally compatable in that they still work the actuators, but will the throttle cables line up? I hear that the Turbo cable is about 6 inches longer. Is it a problem to have this slack, or do you have to modify the cable?
Third, how do you tell the difference between the Turbo and NA cruise computers?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: I think I just found the answer about the cruise computer. So if the part # starts with FB01 it is a NA computer, and if it starts with FB44, it is a turbo computer. Can anyone confirm this for me?

Ok. I knew that the computer and switch were series specific, but I just wasn't sure about the actuator. Thats good, because I already have the actuator I pulled from a junkyard a while back, so I will just use that. As always, thanks for the quick answer Icemark!
