Cruise Control Computer - Interchangable?

Cruise Control Computer - Interchangable?

Hi from Norway

I am in the process of installing cruise control on my 1986 RX7 Non-turbo.

The cruise control computer I have is marked FB44 (5672-6Z10) possibly for a turbo version. Can this unit be used or do I have to buy a FB 01-type ?


One more question: I cannot figure out how to install the cruise control actuator itself. Is it a bracket or something that I need to get ? (I do not have the sub-zero starting tank on my car)

Yes, they are interchangable.

There is a bracket for the cruise actuator on the sub zero bracket. If your car was not originally equipped with cruise, then you will need to get this bracket from a cruise car, or make one.
