Cruise Control Actuator differences between S4 cars?

My CC went kaput, so I purchased the entire system from a forum member with an 88 TII. My car is an 86 NA.

The cabin lever is identical to mine but the engine bay actuator is electrical, whereas mine is vacuum operated.

I didin't check if it would still bolt up - but I'll try it in a bit.

Any thoughts?

(Searched but nothing too specific - just passing mentions of differences but not compatibility)

Use the Turbo CC unit, turbo electric actuator. Switches are the same.

The electric actuator uses a differnt bkt if memory serves, BUT what I did was mount the long foot of the actuator to the *fender* where there is a nutplate/hole and then I drilled one/two holes in the flange on the bulkhead to mount the aft attach holes/bolts.

The Turbo CC unit with the vacuum operated motor, does not work right. When cruis is engaged it will pull the cable but unfortualtley it'll keep on a pulling. No worky.

Series four switches are the same.
