Crappy Idle, Studder when driving, crappy mileage

Well, I don't have those problems anymore so I figure I should post how "I" fixed them. I'm not saying these fixes were 100% correct or that they will help you but just good information I guess.

About 2 weeks ago I took apart the top end of my 13bt and sent in my injectors to Witchhunter Performance to have them cleaned. They were just the stock 550's. The flow sheet they sent back said they were a little dirty, not horrible but a good thing I guess. Included in the cleaning they replaced the top and bottom gasket pieces, the top o-rings and the pintle caps.

During the 2 weeks that my car was down I took a few parts to the sand blaster and cleaned them up real nice. I was scared to take apart my throttle body so I just did the tb mod according to the http://www.fc3spro.com writeup and did a very mild porting job. Nothing crazy just cleaned up the little lips on the secondaries. I also cleaned the contacts on the fuel injector clips with a little bit of sand paper and a small file. They were a little dirty. On the TB I also removed the dashpot and of course the little diaphram that helps the secondaries close more slowly with the aid of vaccum.

I hope this helps somebody. Thanks for reading
