Crap, broke my first dash vent !

Broke one of the little triangles. Just one "louvre" on the drivers side.

I was so depressed all the vents were perfect lol

Does anyone know if Mazda still stocks these ? My local Mazda is clueless about rotaries let alone dash vents lol

I need those too but cant justify spending 50 dollars on two. I much rather would spend my money on performance mods. Maybe when I win the lotto I will buy some.......then again if I won the lotto I would buy a FD

I can't believe Mazda would still have them, but its worth a shot. The most reliable place to get replacements I would say is Mazdatrix, but your wallet is going to cry. I personally wouldn't trust eBay, and I'm not even referring to the scam artists that SELL on there, I mean **** eBay and commie Paypal themselves. If the sellers don't screw you, the company will. Be wary of them.

I could tell you to "be careful" but that won't help. I couldn't count how many times paypal has screwed me over. However, maybe I spoke too hastily. Now that I think of it, Paypal/eBay only screw over sellers, not buyers. Buyers only need to be afraid of shady sellers.

^ which is why they have feedback scores. in what way does it screw sellers? sounds to me like you got screwed for not paying attention. just gotta be smarter than the people trying to scam you

If I were simple, maybe that would be true. If you've been using eBay since it started, you would know that their feedback system has changed drastically since the beginning. When they started, buyers AND sellers could leave feedback on each others' pages. This was helpful when you got one of the billion buyers who win something and "forget" to pay. More recently, eBay has changed feedback so that sellers can not leave any negative feedback for a buyer, regardless of the situation. Buyers, on the other hand, can still leave negative feedback on a seller's page, who let's say never sent their package because they never received payment.

eBay and Paypal screw sellers because they ALWAYS, no matter what, side with the buyer. If, say, a seller sent the winners package in the mail on time and appropriately, and the buyer claims to never have received it, the buyer will make a claim to paypal who would then freeze the payment to the seller indefinitely. If the buyer never claims to receive it, paypal never gives the seller his money and then he is screwed both ways, while the buyer more likely than not has the package, and now the money as well.

This is only one situation. eBay and Paypal really are a horrible company. I could go on, but I really don't want to flame the rx7 forum with my eBay rant.

sorry to hear that man. I know the feeling. Most of mine have broken over the past 6-7 years on my car. Even taking them off a car in the junkyard is still bad because you have to be reallllll careful. Those are like old rubber bands that are ready to snap with any pressure.

I bought one years ago from a forum member. They put it a regular paper envelope and attempted to ship it. Needless to say when it arrived, the post office sent me a ziplock bag with a shredded envelope and some plastic pieces. It got annihilated in the mechanized mail sorter they use.

Should have put it in a box dude!

I'm still mad about that!
