Okay, well the ECU made no difference. I lowered the idle mixture, made no difference. Fixed my little coolant leak. Nothing. I am at whitts end on this one, and I am literally at the mercy of the rotary gods it seems like... Here's a video of what it's doing. Ive been going through and trying everything you guys have suggested, nothings giving.

A vacuum leak will make it rev up high like that and then die. Time to get an intake manifold gasket set and take off the UIM to verify no vacuum hoses have popped off somehow.

I replaced the manifold gasket when i rebuilt the intake manifold, but ill go through, take it apart, and check everything again. I torqued everything down to 25 Nm, so maybe i missed a bolt not thinking about it.

need to check for vac leaks and make sure your maf is good or plugged in. set tps. double check timing.
