crankcase pulley timing?

This maybe a stupid question. I know to my knowledge the answer is no, I just wanna make sure. My question is does spinning the crankcase pulley throw off/adjust the timing?? I ask because I accidentally spun it while trying to put the pulley on. thanks in advance.

The eccentric shaft pulley? It will only go on one way [the 4 little bolt holes are just *slightly* misaligned if you look closely]

Though you do have to turn the pulley to a certain position before stabbing the CAS [crank angle sensor]
