Ecu Issue???? Please Help!!!!!
Ok, here we go again! I was driving home normal and I put it into 3rd gear then, got to about 3grand when out of no where it felt like someone clogged me exhaust or air filter. I had to drive the car home with my foot on the gas the whole time and almost to the floor to go anywhere, it was running like ****. I stalled out about half way home pulled her over and tried to start her up, when my car was back fireing ang engine shacking real bad. So i got it started and the car was running like crap, but it idle for about 2 mins on its own, so I finallly made it home. On the way home gauges where all normal and it did fell like the car wanted to run normal. So, I know that I had a bad stepper motor on the omp, and had a code for it, but now I have like 5 more codes, VDI,purge valve,solenoid valve,port air, and split air valve. So, I was like way to many things at once!!! So, I took the ECU apart and found about 4 different burn makes form some chips and etc..... My question is do you think my ECU is done and could be the problemmmm!!!! 90 GXL 2+2. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Former Moderator. RIP Icemark.
First:
CPU= body computer
ECU= Engine computer
2nd, Burnt chips??? are you sure??? Or do you mean resistors??? Mazda ECU's have resistors on the outputs to act as buffers/protection circuits

With so many ECU faults at once, I'd look first at the ECU ground and the bell housing to firewall ground.
Also pull, clean & re-seat the ECU connectors.
The MOP fault could be just a connector problem also.
