Alright, I've got an 87 GXL, and I started the emissions removal listed on Rotary Resurrection. Listed below is the website.

I've been following those steps so far, and got the FPD. I used this idea when I got to it.

I decided to eliminate it to prevent problems with it later. Now my question is, what else should I be doing while I have the engine torn down this far? Also, I should be getting new gaskets for the car too correct? And lastly, where can I purchase vacuum caps?

 

vacuum caps = cut off vaccum line with a screw it in.
