First off, my car doesnt start up right away, it turns for about four seconds before it wants to start. Then half the time it floods. What could be the problem? I was thinking that the fuel pressure has to build up before it will start. Secondly, at idle, my oil pressure is between 30 and sixty, but when Im driving, even off the accelerator it peaks up at 110.

 

check the voltage at the starter or bring it to autozone they check it for free. The flooding could be due to leaky injectors. Check out www.rceng.com for injector cleaning and blueprinting. Not sure about the oil pressure. My oil pressure gauge is not even working right now I need to fix that.
