I need to beg, borrow, buy or rent a counter weight removal tool for a 1989 13B with an auto. I am in Virginia. If anyone can help please email me at :

You really don't need one. Pry on it with a prybar and BEAT THE HELL out of it with a hammer. If you think you're hitting it hard, hit it harder. About 3-5 minutes and it will be off.
