Could a mismatched inj imp cause a lean condition on stock efi?

I recently picked up another t2 for dirt cheap. It was having starting problens; It would run, but she was a bitch to start. I tore it down and a piece of the edge on a rear rotor apex seal was gone, which also smashed the corner seal into the side seal ,which split and smashed the adjacent corner seal in half

Anyhow it was running full exhaust/tid/intake on stock fuel for who know how long. The last owner told me he was not hitting fuel cut until he did the tb mod and he only ran the car like that for a month or so. The other day someone pointed out my injectors were mismatched impedance. The primaries had a high and low injector. Should have had all high imp injectors.
