let me correct that!

Don't get me wrong,even though it was auto.He had a shift kit and the tran was built up from what he says. So I don't know if "duh" is the answer! Besides this guy has been taunting me about my little rotary rocket and how it could never beat his v8 beast. Well guest what! He found out in front of all his and my friends that "When you **** with best you die like the rest"...
I haven't seen him in about 3 wks so he's probraly looking for a rotary!!!
I'm not saying that there isn't a v8 or mustang that wouldn't beat me in a straight race,but those are the ones that would get a little spray.... I can't just let them talk crap and then let them enjoy it .

Congrats on the kill man, that is one worth using the gas on. Instead of all those "other" car people. I wont use the "R" word.

I have beaten countless GT's...87-92 had 225hp stock, 93-95 had 215. back up to 225 in 96-98, and 99+ are 260 i believe. 96+ cobras w/ dohc are fast, and respond VERY well to forced induction. There are alot of fox body stangs (79-93, mostly 87-93) that are heavily modded and they are very fast. 94-95's seem to all be dogs for the most part, it is very seldom that I encounter a fast SN95. Stock for stock my mildly modded t2 can take them all 98 and earlier easily and 99+ with some effort. Modded, there is no telling because there are some crazy stangs out there. I have lost to ones that looked stock, and pulled ones on slicks and skinnies. Either way, a kill is a kill. "run what ya brung and hope ya brung enough" Good job!
