Cost to install fenders.
Um install it yourself? Its not that hard . . . Take a look at the Factory service Manual

i suggest doing research and doing it yourself if you have the ability (two hands/arms etc.)

Me and my buddy swapped his busted fender out in a manner of a few hours.
wheel well guards come off, (really all you have to do is pry them back enough to get your arm in there) you take the three nuts off on each side inside the front of the fenders, undo the bolts long the top and bottom of the bumper making sure to take out the bottom panel, and the bumper comes off. (makes sure to disconnect lights, etc)
Fenders have like two or three bolts on the front, about five on the bottom, several along the top obviously, and a nut just inside the rear part, in the center. Hard to get to, I just 'bend' the fender out slightly to access it. just loosen it and the fender should come right off.
seriously, with some patience and some wrenches, it's really not that hard. It's just a bunch of bolts.
