Corksport N/A intake
Corksport N/A intake
Has anyone here constructed an effective CAI form corksport's intake tubing that they offer for the N/A? I know that in order to make a successful CAI a cold air box is a must, but other than that, what else did you use and how did you make the intake function well? Oh yea and yes i've done searches on CAIs and i have seen the write up on one in the 2nd archive section. I just want to know if anyone has constructed a successful intake from corksport's product.
thanks, matt

Well I havn't started on the piping yet but I moved my rad forward a tad and cut out some of the body infront of the rad to fit some piping through there so I can get some air from the front bumper....
I wouldn't pay for corksports intake. That sucks. If you have a tig welder or know someone with a tig welder, maybe even a muff shop, have them weld up some aluminum piping.

id buy a prelude intake off ebay 92-96 i think are the years. make it work, its pretty easy to do. cut it in one spot and coupler it all together adn build a box, or put it in fender well
Here's some links to the prelude CAI and boxes after some searching:
