From what I hear they do not use very good cores, although I could be wrong. I'd ask them to see what core they're running, it might not be any better than an e-bay system, however it's already pieced together.

For the idiots above. Don't say the greddy is the same quality as that ebay ****. How much researching and effort did they put into building there fmic? Now how much did ebay put into it? You get what you payed for, most ebay fmic kits are universal. I do agree though the greddy fmic is way to steep, $1.2k on rx7store.net.

Its worth it to troll the 2nd gen for sale section for a while. I waited and waited for a couple months for a brand new greddy fmic to pop up, and got a steal for $600us. Came to $700 cdn including shipping. Wasn't even installed yet I was happy.

I have heard of guys getting the greddy in there without taking the bumper support off.
With that said, when I put my greddy fmic in I had no idea how to accomplish that without some other more difficult modification.
Yeah search the sale section for good deals, I got a used greddy fmic (in great shape) and a new koyo rad for $500

If you want some independant feedback about the CorkSport FMIC in regards to fit, finish, and power gains give Dave at KD rotary a call. They installed a kit towards the end of last year. KD's number is (610) 298 - 1946.
With most FC FMIC kits you are going to have to remove/cut something in the car for installation.

uhhh. Maybe you should make yourself useful in this thread instead of looking for peoples mistakes, that you have no part in. Greddy and corksport fmic's, are almost on the same level, the greddy is better for obvious reasons. I chose to talk about the greddy because that's the one i'm familiar with because I own it.

well rested,buffet o food
Pieced mine together for about 250 or so including piping, couplers, tbolts, huge fmic and comp tube. Much better deals out there, but kits take the guess work out of it.....paying to just "bolt it on". To me, bolting something on isnt worth 800.00.
