Is this a cooling problem? HELP!!

I am in the process of buying an fc, which has the na 13b. I talked to the owner and he says that the car runs and drives, but when the engine getes hot after driving it, and you shut it off, it will not restart until the engine cools down. This is my first rotary and I'm stupid, so any help asap would be EXTREMELY appreciated. thanks

It is probably a flooding problem possibly from leaky injectors or an engine that is losing compression (big tip : always do a compression test b4 buying a rotary: http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/ro...lder/comp.html )
