cooling problem
Hey Guys, I just installed my new Koyo radiator and also replaced the thermostat, water pump, and new hoses (parts from Mazdatrix). The temperature is topping out way to high. The only thing I can think of that may be causing the problem is the radiator cap or bleeding the air out of the system. Any ideas here?

bleed it properly WHEN IS COLD!! LIEK ******* after 5 hours of not running... unscrew the lil bledding screw on the side of the radiator about half way and then start pouring the coolant from the top of the thermostat housing... MAKE SURE ALL YOUR HOSES ARE TIGHT AS HELL!! AND MAKE SURE you installed ur thermostat teh right way... also if u bought gay *** radiator caps from advance auot those are **** get especial ones from atkins, mazdatrix or mazdaformance...

Yep, The cooling fan is working and the guage seems to operate fine. I'm not sure how to test the guage. The guage starts off fine. It's when the car is on for any length of time that the temperature stars to really rise....

It took me forever to get all the air out of my system... it runs 185 now at all times....
HOWEVER.. I am beginning to believe that the Koyo is not the be all end all of upgrade radiators... if i put the E-fan on... I have problems keeping the temps below 198... I may just have to switch to a Larger Griffen Radiator and make some custom bracketry.
