Unhappy Cooling problem?

Okay, I have an 87 n/a RX and this is my problem: coolant light buzzer comes on (Grr), I check the coolant level in the clear tub in the front bumper (filled), check the coolant cap ontop of engine, empty?, so I add coolant, next time I come back out to check the coolant and open the coolant cap ontop of the engine just as i open it, i hear and see all the coolant go right back in to the clear coolant box in the front bumper, what the hell is going on? i replaced the coolant cap and hose but it wasn't it. i was told it's the coolant seals that it might be pinched but not sure. i wanna know what i should get before doing a project like that. could it be the water pump? just HELP ME PLEASE, that buzzer is the most annoying sound in the world, sorry Jim Carrey. So you have reaplced the rad cap and the overflow hose?

Try this: with the car STONE COLD, remove the rad cap then start the engine. Using the throttle lever on the front of the throttle body, rev the engine while you look into the coolant. Do you see a steady stream of bubbles that increases when you rev the engine? Do the bubbles appear non-stop, coming from somewhere in the engine? If so, then you are probably looking at a coolant o-ring failure. This means an engine rebuild.
