Cooling fluids. Water wetter

Hey guys. My new engine+ fluidyne will be starting soon and will want to start with good quality cooling fluids. I heard good things with the Evan's NPG+ but im not sure if im going that route. My 87TII will only be driven on weekends and not gonna be doing alot of racing so i think im gonna go with the traditional coolant, water, and water wetter..

How much gallon of coolant do i need to fill up the whole cooling system. And how many bottles of Redline Waterwetter do i need. And is it better if i add water??..
