coolent leak!?!?

hey heres my problem. there is a stream of coolent leaking out somewhere near the water pump. it's not the pump. it is to the right of the pulsation dampner, below the the filler neck that covers the thermostat, and it is below and in front of the first intake manifold. it is very hard to see, right now i can only see the small drip and when you rev the throttle you can see a stream shoot out. there is a hose that runs from under the intake manifold and up past where the leak is but i can't see where it ends and what it's for. this is becoming a big problem, the coolent alarm comes on and there is alot of anti-freeze resting on top of the housing which is causeing alot of smoke once the engine is hot. does anyone know what this hose is or where this could be leaking from!!! i have searched my haynes book and apperantly this hose doesn't exsist. so i really need help!!!
Thanks,
Andrew

That 3/8" coolant circuit starts from the top of the rear rotor housing under the intake. (a common failure point)
From there, up behind the intake near the firewall to the TB where it warms the thermo-wax to work the cold start fast idle cam.
From there to the BAC. (We're not sure why)
From the The BAC to the back of the water pump housing, under the alternator.

If you are OK without the cold start fast idle cam, you can pull that whole circuit & cap the nipples.
It's one less potiential problem.

The only tow-in I have ever had was because that line failed.
Removing it is part of the "TB mod".

To answer the questions, even thought you fixed it: TB is throttle body. The TB mod is a mod where you remove the cold start assist stuff and the throttle plates to allow for more flow. You can cut a hose to fit.

I did the TB mod and capped off both of those nipples with vacuum caps and hose clamps. Its held so far, but we will see.
