Question coolant in a vac line?

was gonna silicone my lines and change omp lines, popped off a line from the bac to throttle body and the line was full of coolant. Is this unusual?

that is normal. there are coolant lines going to the bac and throttle body. helps to warm them up and there is thermowax in the throttle body for the fast idle cam.

If it's the line that runs to the thermowax then to the engine housing it is normal.
