coolant seal broken and got another 7, plus engine swap.

i just found out theres coolant on my plugs and gas fumes comming out of my radiator. i heard not to long ago i basically need a rebuild to fix this. but i have another seven right now just bought it for 200 working and everything and i want to swap the engine because mine has a better body on it. for all of you that have swapped a engine. Is it hard? and is thier any difference in the 86 to 87 years in engine. im putting a 87 into the 86. Is it just plug and play?
