coolant reading high

I've replaced my clogged radiator and coolant sending unit. Mechanic did a infra red test and it is running at 195, but my gauge is almost at high at settles there.

replaced hoses? replaced thermostat? coolant flush? try those .....

did you use a mazda thermostate? What is the temp at the radiator and at the thermostat housing?
Any over flowing of fluid from the over flow bottle? like it pushes more thanmit should or blows the cap off
