Ok so my car was off the road for a while and about 1 month ago I started driving it again. It was off the road for a couple months. It was driving fine until about 1-2 weeks ago when all of a sudden the add coolant light/buzzer started coming on every once in a while. It started getting worse and I found that it was overflowing out through the overflow reservoir when I would come to a stop. I listened and heard a mild hissing noise from the rad cap. I whent and bought a new Rad Cap and replaced it about 5 days ago. Everything was totally fine, it was not overflowing at all after that. Yesterday and the day before though the light and buzzer came back on but only breifly so I figured it was an air pocket or something. So I let the car sit overnight and just to be sure I checked the rad level, it was down a tiny bit but only took a tiny amount of water to top it back up. Today though the buzzer has been coming on a lot and I noticed it is overflowing into the reservoir again but only a tiny bit when I come to a stop. Anyone got any ideas of what to check next or what the problem could be? Could bad coolant seals in the engine cause this or no way? How do I check for bad coolant seals? Any help would be much appreciated.

ps. Car is a 1991 Turbo model with stock rad/hoses/cap. Motor is a jspec that is about 4 or 5 years old, still runs great.
