I would just like to see pictures of the AN fitting that was used for the side closest to the intake manifold. I have tried a straight...and a 90° but I don't like how close the line runs to the exhuast manifold.

I just have a whatever (M16?) to -6AN adapter and then a standard -6AN 90* on mine, but I decided to go forward and the back around to the rear iron:

That's how I ran my feed line. I used a 10 mm yor-loc fitting on the rear iron nipple. And Then 3/8 npt to -6an adapter.

What did you run for the return line? On the inside between the turbo and the intake manifold.

45° sticks out further then a 90°....that's just math.... ..... it needs to hug turbo more in my opinion. i was hoping some one on here had a picture of one that used a 120° fitting

Ok, mine's a different set up, but found that 45 on that side cleared better than 90 which was a bit counter intuitive.
Wondering if a banjo fitting can be found for that size and pitch?

I'm just running the stock line on return side.

That bolt is an m16x1.5 (at least it is on my turbo, I've seen people claim it's M14)

in that case the only banjo that I know of that's big enough is this one:

and it's M16 -> -8AN

Just have to dig deeper and think outside the box.. it's meant for a 5/8 bolt..which is .6237 major diameter and a m16x1.5 has a major diameter of .6286 so a few mins in the mill taking off about .005.. easy day..thanks for the idea.

actually you do not need a banjo bolt.
You can get a adapter from M14(or M16,whatever the size is) to -6AN and put a 90 degree on it and run your hose.
I just went through this whole mess.I lost a "stock bolt" But I had 2 adapters from another setup.
looks something like this:

That's what I currently have is a m16x1.5 to -6an and a 90° fitting but it's very close to the turbo manifold.

I ran the coolant hose from the waterpump under the turbo to the Strut tower side.I point the 90 degree downwards.
The "rear engine outlet" coolant hose goes over the turbo,Using some rubber clamps that hold onto the block off plates and and routed the hose down to the Turbo CHRA in between the turbo and the waterpump.
Sort of a backwards way of routing things but it makes it simpler and actually pretty neat looking.

*I'm replacing the turbo hopefully in the morning(new one came in) so If I "think of it" I will snap pics.

(no Pep Boys in Canada.)

***edit this post as to not clutter things up.

Fitting for 14mm coolant passage
Russell Part #670520
this part has 14mm threads to go into the CHRA and a -6 A/N Male fitting,so you can(if you wish) put a 90 degree on that area for the Turbo coolant hose.

I found this actually cheap to do.
The Banjo bolt itself is about 14 bucks, and then the Hose end Barb is another 10-15 bucks.
The Russell part is 5 bucks USD.So I got 2 shipped and received today and will put them on.
