Coolant line question
Coolant line question
Okay theres the metal coolant hose, with the square base that the bolt goes through the centre of it into the back of the LIM. I can't find what connects to this, but the only thing I had left that wasn't connect was what looked to be a coolant nipple on the back of the throttle body, I connected the LIM one to the throttle body one. Now will this work? Or whats the correct way, which other one did i mess up confusing myself?
One more thing, can I fill the tranny up with gear oil from the shifter housing? Seems easier.

Trans Question..NO.you can't fill the trans up through the shifter housing,It is a small Separate Part of the Trans..you can wait ALL DAY and it won't fill it(trust me!)..now,you can run a Hose by the Shifter Housing and Down to the side of the trans,But you have to Be careful as to not Spill fluid inside the car..I just used a quart bottle and some hose..kept squeezing until it 'emptied' then filled it up again. It Was the Long way of doing it..Best way is to get a Hand pump, that transfers fluids(like gas.oil,etc)..Canadian Tire has them..Princess Auto may have something like a Grease gun type thing..like a Bug Syringe....METAL HOSE..dunno,it's Dark out or I'd check.
Yeah I figured that out lol I looked and noticed that nipple was close to a long metal hose running along the firewall goin to the booster I got that one.
Okay then, I guess I got some **** to get. I want to drive my car today.
