haha i see. got any finished pictures of ur 7? i'm hella hyped now to paint haha, even tho i'm lacking in funds lol. what'd u end up using anyway for the sound deadening? and ya this has nothing to do with this thread but w/e, not like anyone reads it rofl, they jsut answer questions and tha'ts it lol

Finished pictures?!!! FINISHED PICTURE!?! Its not done yet.. quit rubbing it in. lol.

oh fack... LOL. i did not know i'm sorry haha. how much did u spend on the paint/tools/tent? if you don't mind answering. lol don't worry bro i'm far from being finished... actually i haven't even started haha...

Eh.. I think when all is said and done I will have spent probably 2800 bucks. Maybe closer to 3500.. We'll see how much I end up needing before the engine is done. lol.

Ewww.. bondo.. I don't use bondo. If I need to fill at all, I use a good 2 part glazing putty... Can't remember what the stuff I'm using now is..

2800 includes cost of a DeVillbis paint gun (a good one), a 60gal (13.4cfm@90psi) air compressor, copper plumbing, most of my paint booth (the carport was a hand-me-down from my parents, but I had to frame some stuff and make the filter stuff), AND primer/sealer/color/clear. Its probaby closer to 3500...

If you think about attempting this do the following:
*Open your day planner.
*rip out all of the pages for the next year
*sigh
