coolant hoses after TB mod

hey quick question... after doing the TB mod are you supposed to loop the lines going from the round cylindrical thing on the side of the intake manifold to the hose coming out the back of the manifold from under it.... or am i supposed to cap both of them off, thats the only part of the TB mod i cannot find thanks in advance

loop em together. a small peice of brass pipe and some clamps work perfect for this.
