Coolant hose

How do i replace the coolant hose that is connected from the throttle body to the intake manifold it boosted and i need to replace it but i cant reach the bottom section of it will i have to start taking apart my engine to fix it?

It is neccessary to pull the upper intake manifold to get to it.

If you can live without the cold start fast idle cam, you can delete that circuit & plug the nipples.
Then - no worries.
