The buzzer comes on when there is air in the system. Have you tried bleeding the system? I had the smallest drip of a leak but it was enough to get enough air to get that buzzer to go off in my TII.

You probably have bubbles in your system. Burp it.

The buzzer comes on when the coolant is low in the Radiator. This should not be confused with the coolant level in the overflow tank.

BTW, to trip on tyhe coolant level buzzer, coolant must be at least 1.5 inches low in the top of the radiator... this is a pretty sizeable amount. Burping/bleeding and topping up the coolant system solves this.

And ripping the sensor out (even if the wire is broken) is just about the stupiedest thing you can do. The buzzer will help protect your engine and will warn of a sudden loss of coolant (something that the temp gauge will not do). If ypu pop a hose, and loose your coolant (or even part of your coolant) the buzzer will warn you before you smoke the motor.

And the sensor is less than $25, so there is no reason not to have a functioning warning system and sensor.
