Question Coolant Additive Q?

red line water wetter

Do i just add this to my coolant resevoir if i dont need to flush the coolant system?

Also my resevoir is past the full mark by 3 inches. Should i drain some of the resevoir and then add the red line water wetter?

thanks

If you just add it to the resivoir it will take a while for it to get sucked into the rest of the cooling system. You should just add it directly to your radiator. Odds are your car needs it coolant flushed anyway.

When the engine is cold, remove enough water to lower the reservoir between Full and Low lines. Is the radiator the only coolant fill arear? If yes, then add water wetter there. Mine has two, 1- at radiator, 1- at thermostat housing. I use the thermostat housing filler for coolant/additives.
