if u set there and watch it u can see it go down really slow in the rad the over flow is staying the same
and i pressure tested it earler today and it seemed to hold pressure
im lost

It needs to be burped.
Start the engine cold, with the rad cap off. Heater on full blast, as hot as can go.
fill the radiator until the water level stops lowering. One of two things will happen. It will always lower a little bit at a time (water leaking into the engine, unlikely) or it'll fill up.
It sounds like you just haven't fully burped your cooling system yet.
