How much did that cost, when you were all finished? (For the supercharger and installation and all the peripheral parts that got upgraded?)

Thanks, been toying with that and wondered what the actual outlay would be?
I bought the supercharger, pulleys, sc bracket, all the intake and 6port hoses and vacuum tubes for $1000 (if I remember correctly.
I had to buy:
Serpentine and new alternator belt $25
550 cc injectors w/ cleaning - $100
Walbro fuel pump- $130
Vortech S-fmu - used $100 (new $250)
a/f gauge, boost gauge, fuel pressure gauge - ~$150
fuel hoses and fittings ~$50
Gussets welded onto the bracket at typical failure point $15
=~$1600.
I'm sure there's other things i've forgotten.

There's a great thread started by SuperchargedRex with all the info you could ever want on the subject.

I have a beautiful white 91 vert. She has 63000 miles, and has had only one owner - me! I removed the precats and main cat and put in one small aftermarket cat to cut down the on the exhaust smell (I ALWAYS have the top down, and I was getting sick of the smell). Other than that, she is dead stock. Seats are perfect, top is perfect, but the 2nd gear synchro is starting to go bad (only when cold, though). I love her to death, but I am working to make my AE faster, because the vert just isn't quite fast enough.

Are there any other 91 vert owners out there?

Kris

Thanks Lars, that gives me a good idea of what I'm up against. I'll check out the referred thread as well of course.
