TX Convertable top? Whats wrong here?

OK, call me an idiot. I cannot figure out how to get the targa off of the convertable top and uhm, yeah. I think I may be stupid.

Any instructions available???

Thanks

VA interior hinge covers may be hiding the release...

open the top half way, push the button to fold the top, then push each orange release (located behind the hinges). make sure you hold the top level until both hinges are released. if you are good you can usually rest it on the headrests of the seats...

You'll probably want to get a second person to help hold the other side once it comes loose. The thing is actually pretty heavy / awkward.

Guys, he probably still has the stock covers over the orange release for the hook latch's.

There is a round single plastic coupler with a center pin that holds the cover in place. Push in the center pin, remove the coupler, and then GENTLY wiggle the cover free. You'll then see the orange lever previously spoken about. Same proceedure for both sides.
