Convertable Suspension Differences

I am almost to the point where I am going to order the suspension for my Vert (mods in sig). I have been really debating between two brands of springs, my biggest wonder is what is the main difference between the COUPE suspension and the Vert Suspension. I assume the vert has a "heftier" spring set and probably sway bar setup. But other then that are the Vert springs actually physically different? Is there no chance that Coupe springs will fit? Or is it a saftey issue?

My brother-in-law just ordered the "suspension package" from Racing beat, Which includes the front and rear coils and the sway bar set. It was very reasonably priced at $429 plus shipping. My dad runs the Same setup on his Miata and it is a really great adjustable setup.

I am definetley ordering the sway bar set from RB. but I had B+G springs on my old 87 monster rx-7 and they were the best... Huge drop without losing ride quality due to the fact that they were progressive rate springs. I would prefer the B+G springs but I am not sure if they make them for the vert. Even if they did not could I use the Coupe springs for the front from B+G and go with RB springs or coil overs in the rear?

My convertable with 114,000 miles sits way lower on stock springs then my brother-in-law's 1988 Turbo... The B+G springs lower the car over 1.5"..

Any ideas or input is welcomed.

BtW the car will be autocrossed, driven to rotary meets, and will be drifting in the SCCA drift meets..
